Description of pastimes of Lord Shri Ram – Khatwang’s son was Dirghbahu, Dirghbahu’s son Raghu, Raghu’s son Aj and Aj’s son Dasharatha. On the prayer of the deities, Parabrahma Shri Hari incarnated in four forms from his part and became the son of King Dasaratha. Their names were – Ram, Lakshman, Bharat and Shatrughan. When he became young, Vishwamitra ji brought Shri Ram and Lakshman to protect his Yagya. He killed many demons there. Vishwamitra ji took him along with him and attended Sita Swayamvara of King Janak ji. By breaking the bow, Shri Ramchandra ji got married with Sita ji. Shri Ramchandra ji went to the forests for fourteen years with Sita ji and Lakshman after getting the permission of his father. On the way he destroyed many demons. Ravana’s sister Shurpanakha was sent by cutting off her nose and ears. Ravana sent big demons like Khar, Dushan, Trishira etc. to avenge the insult of his sister. Lord Ram killed everyone. Ravana sent Marich in the guise of a wonderful deer to his leaf hut. He slowly took Lord Shriram away from there. In the end, Lord Shri Ram killed him with his arrow in the same way as Virbhadra had killed Daksh Prajapati. When Sri Rama went away in the forest, in the absence of Lakshmana, the vile demon Ravana abducted Sukumari Sitaji like a wolf. On the way Ravana had a fight with Jatayu. Ravana killed Jatayu by cutting his wings. He met Lord Rama. Then he performed the last rites of Jatayu. It was Jatayu who told Shriram that Ravana had taken Matashree Sita. Then God killed Kabandha and after this, Sugriva etc. befriended the monkeys and killed Bali. After that, he got the address of his beloved through the monkeys. Lord Shri Ram, whose feet are worshiped by Brahma and Shankar, reached the beach with an army of monkeys, performing like a human. When Shri Hanumanji went to find Sitaji, he burnt Lanka there. Tied to the sea along with the army of monkeys, he marched on Lanka. When Ravana came to know that Rama had crossed the sea and came to Lanka, Ravana took his army and attacked him. Ravana’s sons and brothers were killed in this war. In the end, Lord Shriram killed Ravana as well. After handing over the kingdom of Lanka to Ravana’s brother Vibhishana, he returned to Ayodhya along with Sita. The people of Ayodhya welcomed him with great fanfare. Vishwamitra, Vashishtha etc. sages crowned him. God welcomed the people and gifted them money, clothes, and gold and cows etc. Lord Shri Ram did not cause pain to the great souls. And used to consider Brahmins as their presiding deities. Used to roam around at night to know the condition of the subjects. One day a washerman was beating his wife and saying – Are you wicked and wretched! You have been living in someone else’s house. Woman greedy Ram may keep Sita, but I cannot keep you. When Lord Shri Ram heard such things from the mouth of many, he got a little scared of Lokayavad. He abandoned Sitaji. She started living in Valmiki Muni’s ashram. Sita ji was pregnant at that time. When the time came, she gave birth to two sons named Luv and Kush. Valmiki Muni performed his Jatkarmadi rituals. Lakshman ji also had two sons named Angad and Chitraketu. Bharat ji also had two sons Taksh and Pushkal. Shatrughan also had two sons, Subahu and Shrutsen. Lord Shri Ramchandra ji performed Ashwamedh Yagya. The sacrificial horse of Yagya was released. Luv-Kush caught that horse. Lakshman ji tried to free the horse but failed to free the horse. Lord Shriram himself came to rescue the horse. Sitaji said to Luv-Kush – He is your father. On this, Lord Shriram hugged him with his heart. Sitaji got absorbed in the lap of Mother Earth. Lord Shri Ramchandraji handed over the kingdom to his sons and went to Jyotirmay Dham..
